Welcome to the PC Paralegal!

The PC Paralegal blog and website aspires to be a comprehensive resource that promotes legal discussion and awareness.

Inspired by my love for law and technology, it has become my endeavor to provide a comprehensive legal research tool for all, particularly working paralegals and legal staff. Along the top of this site you will find taps to pages that specialize in some unique social aspect of the legal industry. On the right you will find links to independent websites pertinent to researching law.

While this site is under construction, please feel free to explore all the pages and resources we have provided so far.

Communication & Translation

Not everyone who needs legal assistance is fluent in English. To neglect them from this website would be to ignore the reality that America is a melting pot of cultures and languages. In Arizona, paralegals who can speak Spanish fluently are especially in high demand.  For anyone needing assistance in translating the law from English to Spanish, the American Bar Association recommends the The ABA Spanish Legal Phrasebook, this book is also available at more competitive pricing at Amazon.com.

An often forgotten minority includes the hearing and visually impaired. On this page we hope to provide resources that will allow you to connect with all of your clients in a more understanding and meaningful way. For those who wish to learn more about legal representation for clients who are hearing impaired, I would recommend the National Association of the Deaf; they have been kind enough to provide numerous resources for anyone wanting to learn more.
